As November winds down, it’s the perfect time to focus on tying up loose ends and setting the stage for future success. At raceahead, we’re embracing the “5 Rs” to ensure we’re not only prepared for what’s ahead but also improving the way we operate every step of the way. From reflecting on our processes to making sure all our tools are ready to go, this month has been all about progress and preparation. Oh, and we couldn’t forget our furry office companion, Rocket Dog, who always ensures a happy and energized work environment! Here’s how we’ve tackled November:
- Reflection – reviewing, analysing, improving processes, documents, guidelines, policies.
- Repairs – checking and fixing all timing kit.
- Recycling – inventory of event pack items, reporting to clients and recycling any unwanted items where possible.
- Ready – looking forward to 2025, setting deadlines, working with clients to meet their needs and to deliver fast turnaround fulfilment services.
- Rocket dog – entertaining the office dog with a chat and a fuss!
